Ground Rhythm Dance Project
We are a Chicago based dance company strongly dedicated to the cultures we represent as well as the support of human relationships. Through research, bodily experiments and other multi processes, the spirit of this company is saturated in its efforts to body address "real life" issues. Ground Rhythm uses the investigation of somatic practices and improvisation to develop organic movement allowing individual voice to live within our choreograohic process. As we connect and interact with our audiences, we hope to deliver visceral communicative ideas that will stimulate greater spirituality, change, diversity and creativity.
JAM Session
JAM SESSION, through Justin Yeung and Mary Vo (JAM), serves as a space for movement exploration and platform for discussion. Stripping movement down to their fundamental function, we strive to reassemble this deconstructed material to generate hybridized aesthetics. The work negotiates our values in both specificity and release to foster authentic experiences. Through performance, we invite you into our process and dialogue.
Bracha Klein Boi
Born and raised in Jerusalem in an orthodox family. Classically ballet trained at the Jerusalem Ballet School with Nadya Timofeyeva-Bolshoi Ballet School graduate, and Nina Timofeyeva-former Bolshoi Theater principal dancer. Received a degree from the College of Lake county in Arts and Dance. Was a part of a national grant to travel across China and perform dance. Was a part of the L-Theory Collective dance company. Currently a part of the Pachacamak Folk Foundation.

My inspiration in dance is combining the traditional with the nontraditional. Being a classical trained dancer and having a traditional upbringing, I explored dance with combining my past experiences with my current life.
