Ground Rhythm Dance Project
We are a Chicago based dance company strongly dedicated to the cultures we represent as well as the support of human relationships. Through research, bodily experiments and other multi processes, the spirit of this company is saturated in its efforts to body address "real life" issues. Ground Rhythm uses the investigation of somatic practices and improvisation to develop organic movement allowing individual voice to live within our choreograohic process. As we connect and interact with our audiences, we hope to deliver visceral communicative ideas that will stimulate greater spirituality, change, diversity and creativity.

I am interested in exploring new ways that they body can move and connecting them to everyday human experiences.

I am interested in creative and athletic movement that still speaks to the audience on a visceral level.

I am also a dancer and a dance advocate who seeks to further the art of concert dance in our culture by making it more accessible to new audiences."

As a dance maker, I value risk. I also value authenticity and it is my goal in creating and performing a work to give the audience something they have never seen before. I also value and enjoy collaboration with sound designers, musicians, visual artists and am open to and excited about any type of collaboration.
